Mentoring and Networking

We are grateful to all the OEs who are willing to support young people including current pupils, undergraduates and OEs as they start out on their career path. A large number of OEs have already welcomed pupils to their workplace, or come along to the College to lend their expertise at careers guidance workshops.

In order to facilitate access to this valuable resource, we have set up a mentoring network that puts mentors and those seeking advice in direct contact.  Mentoring can take the form of a one-off discussion, ongoing professional support or an offer of work experience. The network is accessed via the password protected OE on-line database, which can also be reached by clicking on My Details on the left.
