Our next stop - Palmerston North

We're on the road again

Today was a day in transit, travelling across more beautiful landscape towards Palmerston North, where we were to meet our final hosts in New Zealand - Palmerston North Boys' High School.

"Palmy" North takes part in New Zealand's Super 8 competition, where the eight big all-boys schools in the country compete against each another. The 1^st XV have a match on Wednesday so we will be playing their 2nd and 3rd teams, but we are still expecting some hard matches - we know how tough they can be.

The boys were billeted out to the teams we will be playing, after which the staff were taken out by the Palmerston North staff. A great meal was enjoyed and we were excellently entertained by our generous hosts.
