Campcraft Event teaches new skills

Some 40 pupils from local Prep Schools attended the inaugural Year 6 Campcraft Event held at the College in June.

The half day session gave teams of eight children the opportunity to try their hand at a variety of activities including abseiling, air rifles and the College's assault course.

Members of staff from the College's CCF together with senior cadets, oversaw the event giving instruction and support.

An educational and fun morning was followed by lunch in cricket pavilion.
