Fees | Epsom College

The fees below are our termly fees for the 2025-26 academic year and inclusive of VAT (where applicable). In the interest of full transparency to current and future parents, these fees represent a below-inflation rise on the previous year of 2.6%.

Lower School Fees

  • £9,727 per term

Senior School Fees

  • Day: £12,472 per term
  • Weekly Boarding: £16,708 per term
  • Full Boarding: £18,864 per term
  • In Years 7-8 all pupils are day pupils. They join our fully co-ed Lower School, which functions as a ‘house’ in its own right, with a full pastoral team, a rich co-curricular programme, and a stimulating academic curriculum.
  • Saturdays are lesson-free, with fixtures or training taking place in the morning.
  • From Year 9, pupils join one of our 13 single-sex Houses, regardless of whether they are boarding or day pupils. Lessons and co-curricular activities are all co-ed. Saturday School begins, with three lessons in the morning and fixtures in the afternoon.

What's included in the fees?

School fees cover the normal cost of a pupil’s education. This includes stationery, books, food, snacks, and accommodation and laundry for boarders.

What isn't included in the fees?

Examination fees, music lessons, private tuition, certain CCF charges, theatre tickets, holiday trips, social events and some activities are charged termly.

How much does it cost to register my child?

  • A non-refundable fee of £300 per pupil is paid on registering for a place. This is inclusive of VAT and covers exams fees and costs associated with administering your child’s application throughout the entirety of the admissions process.

What payment is required to accept a place?

  • On accepting your offer, a £4,000 deposit will be paid. £2,000 goes toward your child’s first term fees. £2,000 is held as a deposit and will be offset against your final invoice.
  • If you are an overseas applicant, you must pay £15,000 toward your child’s first term fees. This must be paid by the start of the Summer Term prior to joining the College.

What are the benefits of paying fees in advance?

It is possible to pay all your child’s school fees in advance, as a single lump sum. The fee can be paid by anyone (not only the child’s parents) and brings with it significant savings.
