Abigail Hill (Year 7, Wardroper) surpassed all her hopes at the International Dance Teachers Association (IDTA) Theatre Dance Awards 2023 at the Royal Northern College of Music last week.
As one of 88 ballet dancers nominated to participate (from the 7,000 dancers aged 12-16 who took IDTA grade 4 or 5 internationally last year), she was recalled in the final 24 dancers and placed 4th overall, receiving a commendation. Most importantly, she had lots of fun and made new friends. Well done Abigail.
