Chamber Choir sing Vivaldi’s Gloria
The Chamber Choir which is comprised of some of the finest choristers at the College performed Vivaldi’s Gloria, accompanied by a small orchestra of professional musicians and pupils. There was also a selection of popular baroque arias sung by soloists from within the choir.
Big Band Fills the Rafters of Big School
On Tuesday evening, the Big Band delighted an appreciative audience with an impressive array of big band and jazz classics. The evening showcased some of the finest musical talent within the department and was a fitting close to the musical careers of some of our departing Upper Sixth jazz musicians. The concert also included some pupil-led jazz ensembles accompanying vocal soloist Mary-Angel Ngamali (Cr).
