Over 100 guests attended The Lansdowne Club last week for the Champions Dinner, hosted by OE Jeremy Vine, alongside Dr Harry Brunjes, Chairman of the ENO.
During the evening, many OEs, parents and supporters were treated to a performance from a selection of College musicians, and entertained by a speech from Jeremy which reflected on his education at Epsom and his current career in the media. A very lively auction and fun silent auction and a raffle all helped raise funds for The Mermaid project, and thank you to all who contributed with prizes.
This Black Tie dinner was organised by the Mermaid Campaign Board and the Epsom College Education Trust, and raised over £42,000 for The Mermaid Appeal.
Miss Helen Tranter, Education Trust Director, would like to thank all those who were instrumental in making this event a success, and to those who lent their support.
