Holman Row the English Channel to Raise Funds for Pancreatic Cancer

The Holman boys, and staff, raised an incredible £1,800 to aid research into pancreatic cancer

Members of the Holman community (pupils and staff) signed up for ten-minute stints on the rowing machine, which all contributed towards the running total. The event started at 7.30am and culminated in all contributors cheering on the last person at 9pm.

Forty-five people signed up, managing to row a combined 103.2km and raise a fantastic £1,800.

Holman completed this rowing challenge for Pancreatic Cancer UK, in memory of some members of the House community who have been affected by this disease.
