The Epsom College Cross Country district squad was selected off the back of results from the Inter-House competition. The competition was held at Lightwater Country Park, with distances ranging from 3.2km for U15 girls through to 5.8km for senior boys.
The races are used to select the District Teams for the County Championships, due to be held on Saturday 19 January 2019.

- Anna Russell – 3rd out of 20 runners

- Tom Maloney – 5th out of 19 runners

- Oliver Callaghan – 3rd out of 7 runners
