Parents, staff and the general public enjoyed a performance from the Epsom College Big Band, Jazz Ensemble and guest vocalists at the Hideaway Jazz Club in Streatham on Thursday evening.
The Director of Music, Mr Paul Johnson-Hyde, said “I am delighted that we are able to offer pupils such a fantastic experience in a professional environment. Special thanks must go to the architect of this evening, Mr Sam Walker. He encourages pupils to reach impressively high standards and creates an environment where pupils can step out their comfort zones as improvising jazz musicians.”
