Netballers End the Season on a High Against Bradfield and Haileybury

The final matches of the season for the U14, U15, U16 and seniors were played at the weekend with a triangular fixture against Bradfield and Haileybury.

The U12 and U13s have one more week of fixtures to go and played their penultimate games against Haileybury, Perse and Brentwood.

Epsom recorded 22 wins from across the age groups cementing the season as Epsom’s most successful to date, with an overall win ratio close to 70%, and an impressive 1,300 more goals scored than conceded.

For the Upper Sixth it was an emotional time as this was the last time they would represent Epsom. The 1st VII finished the season with some of their best netball against Haileybury.  Both the 2nd team and 4th team, who during the term had won all their matches bar one narrow loss, finished their season strongly with comprehensive wins.

For the U15C nerves were heightened as they went into the final day unbeaten and determined to keep that record. They did not disappoint with a strong performance against Bradfield to win 16-5 and an impressive 22-1 win against Haileybury.
