Operatic Arias to Heavy Metal

On Tuesday 11 June members of the Middle Fourth presented an eclectic programme from soloists and ensembles to an appreciative audience of parents, staff and pupils.

The performances, which included operatic arias, rhythm and blues, Sibelius, Hendrix and heavy metal, was of notable quality. Director of Music, Mr Paul Johnson-Hyde said in his closing remarks that it is particularly exciting to have such breadth of musical talent at the College and how pleasing it was to have so many pupils coming to the concert to support their peers.
