Pupil’s celebrated their A-level results today, with grades equalling the College’s strongest-ever performance, in 2019.
2025’s highlights include:
- 90% A*-B
- 60% A*-A
- 35% of pupils gaining a clean sweep of A*-A grades
Commenting on Epsom’s upward trajectory, Mark Lascelles, Head of Epsom College, said: “Although I had just one year with this year group, it was obvious from the outset that they are a special group. They were a pleasure to spend time with – well-disciplined and intrinsically motivated – and they have proved to be extravagantly talented in and out of the classroom. They excelled in sport, music, art and drama and these excellent exam results are a fitting reward for their years of hard work and dedication. I would also like to thank our outstanding staff for inspiring and encouraging this group along the way. I am immensely proud of what they have achieved.”
The College’s careers and higher education team worked closely with pupils throughout the results process, supporting those securing their first-choice places and advising others exploring alternative routes into higher education or employment.
90% of pupils achieved one of their top choice universities, with Durham, Exeter, Bath, UCL and Imperial being among the most popular.
“I wish our leavers the very best of luck as they move on from Epsom,” Mark added. “And I would like to thank parents for the invaluable support and encouragement that they have provided along the way.”
