Our full boarders had a wonderful time in Thorpe Park, by far the most popular event in the full boarders’ annual calendar.
All year groups and houses are involved, with friendships being formed and bonds strengthened, as students are chased by Zombies in ‘The Walking Dead’ or hung upside down on ‘Swarm’, or dropped from a 100ft height on ‘Saw’. Congratulations to Kirill and Salvador who ended up winning a panda toy each – those basketball sessions paid off!
With thanks to Miss Frankland for organising the trip and to Miss Kelly, who gave up her Sunday to support the trip, both made sure to outdo some very young and cool students by putting their lives at risk in ‘Hyperia’ and surviving!
